Fibroids are very common benign (noncancerous) tumors that arise from the smooth muscle cells of the uterus. Up to 50 percent of women have at least one of them and they are the main reason that women get hysterectomies. The exact cause is not understood, but it is clear that the hormone estrogen plays a major role in their onset and their progression. Conditions where the estrogen level is increased, such as pregnancy and peri menopause are associated with increased growth of fibroids. In contrast, fibroids usually shrink after menopause, when estrogen levels decline.
There are also a few studies out there that suggest hair relaxers and hair dyes may contribute to development of fibroids as well.

Directions:

For best results, drink this tea at least twice daily. 
Bring 1 tablespoon of herbs to a rolling boil with 1 cup (8oz) spring or distilled water. 
Allow to steep for 2-3 min. 
Stir Well. 
Strain into a glass (or use a tea infuser)
Drink within 10 mins. 
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
